Donation Refund Policy

All donations made to the Olympic International Motorsports Park (OIMP) are voluntary contributions in support of our mission to build a safe, legal, and community-owned motorsports destination on the North Olympic Peninsula.

Refund Eligibility

Donations are generally non-refundable. However, we understand that circumstances change. If you believe your donation was made in error or you have a concern, please contact us within 30 days of your contribution at info@theolympictrack.com and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.

Use of Funds Disclosure

OIMP is committed to full transparency in how donor contributions are allocated. Funds received are used to support the following priorities:

• Land acquisition and site development — securing and preparing the track property
• Infrastructure and construction — track surface, safety barriers, facilities, and utilities
• Operations and administration — permits, insurance, legal, and organizational costs
• Youth and community programs — scholarships, outreach, and educational initiatives
• Marketing and outreach — growing awareness and community involvement

We do not use donor funds for personal compensation of founders or board members beyond approved operational roles. Detailed financial reporting is available to donors upon request.
