1. Digital & Community Products Most OIMP purchases — including sponsorships, advertising placements, eco-block slots, and donations — are non-physical and require no shipping. Fulfillment details for these items will be communicated directly via email.

2. Physical Merchandise For any physical merchandise orders, we currently ship within the United States. Processing times are 3–5 business days. Shipping times vary by location and carrier.

3. Eco-Block Slots Eco-block installations are physical structures placed at the OIMP facility. Installation timelines will be communicated directly and are subject to project construction progress.
