Refund & Return Policy

1. Sponsorships & Community Contributions

All sponsorship purchases and community contributions are considered final once processed. Because funds are applied directly toward land acquisition, county permits, blueprints, and engineering fees, we are unable to offer full refunds on spent funds.

In the event the project does not move forward, any remaining unspent funds will be refunded to contributors on a pro-rata basis. Please review our Legal Notice for full details.

2. Physical Products (Decals, Apparel, Merchandise)

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

We do not accept returns on items that have been used, worn, or altered. Customized or personalized items (such as stenciled Eco-Block name submissions) are non-refundable.

3. Driver Prepay Bundles & Event Fees

Driver Prepay Bundles are non-refundable once purchased. If an event is cancelled by OIMP, your prepaid event credit will be carried forward to the next available event date.
