Terms of Sale

By completing a purchase, sponsorship, or donation through the Olympic International Motorsports Park (OIMP) online store, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before completing your transaction.

General Purchases & Merchandise

All sales of physical merchandise are subject to our Refund & Return Policy. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. OIMP reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.

Sponsorships

Sponsorship purchases represent a commitment to support the development of Olympic International Motorsports Park. Sponsorship funds are deposited directly into the OIMP business account at First Federal in Sequim and are used exclusively for project development.

In the event that Clallam County denies our conditional use permit, 100% of sponsorship funds will be refunded to the original payment method. Please note that refunds are returned without interest.

Sponsorship benefits (signage, recognition, etc.) are contingent on the successful completion of the project and will be fulfilled once the facility is operational.

Donations & Community Contributions

Donations made to OIMP are voluntary contributions to support the project. Donations are non-refundable except in the event of a county permit denial, in which case the same refund policy as sponsorships applies.

Event Tickets & Registrations

Event ticket and registration sales are final unless an event is cancelled or rescheduled by OIMP. In the case of cancellation, a full refund will be issued. Refunds for rescheduled events will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Liability Disclaimer

Participation in any OIMP event or track activity is at the participant's own risk. OIMP is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in motorsports activities. All participants are required to sign a liability waiver prior to track access.

Governing Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any disputes arising from a purchase shall be resolved in Clallam County, Washington.
